Ashtavinayak Darshan Tour Package – 02 Nights / 03 Days

Day 01: Mumbai / Pune – Theur – Siddhatek – Ranjangaon

Meet & Greet on arrival at Mumbai / Pune and proceed for Ashtavinayak Darshan. Visit Shri Chintamani Ganpati Temple at Theur, Shri Siddhivinayak Temple at Siddhatek and Shri Mahaganapati Temple at Ranjangaon. After darshan, proceed to hotel. Check-in and relax. Overnight stay en route / Pune.

Day 02: Ozar – Lenyadri – Morgaon – Jejuri

After breakfast, proceed for further Ashtavinayak temples. Visit Shri Vighnahar Ganpati Temple at Ozar, Shri Girijatmaj Temple at Lenyadri, Shri Mayureshwar Temple at Morgaon (Main Ashtavinayak), and Jejuri Khandoba Temple. Complete darshan and return to hotel. Overnight stay at Pune / en route.

Day 03: Mumbai / Pune Drop

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed back to Mumbai / Pune. On arrival, transfer to Railway Station / Airport for your onward journey with divine blessings of Lord Ganesha.

Overview

Ashta Vinayak Yatra explores the eight ancient holy temples dedicated to Lord Ganesha, that resides in the places around Pune within the range of 20 to 110 km from each other. They all are self originated temples, having eight distinct idols of Lord Ganesh, with its own different historical tale behind the existence of each. The Ashtavinayak Yatra starts by visiting first to Moreshwar (Morgaon), then to Siddhivinayak (Siddhatek), Ballaleshwar (Pali), Varad Vinayak (Mahad), Chintamani Vinayak (Theur), Girijatmaj (Lenyadri), Vighneshwar (Ozar), Mahaganapati (Ranjangaon), and then again to Moreshwar (Morgaon). It is believed that to complete the Ashta Vinayak Yatra, the first temple needs to be visited again at the end, after visiting all the eight temples. On top of it, the villages where all these temples located, are blessed with scenic charm that creates an enchanting ambience that connects human being with the almighty.
